If you are a worship leader, worship pastor, worship coordinator, music director, youth worship leader, or anyone else in leadership of worship ministry we hope you'll join us for this time of community, prayer, encouragement and rest. During
the retreat you will have ample time to reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, worship together, pray for one another, spend quiet time with the Lord, and just hang out in this magnificent setting!

F.A.Q.

What is this retreat about?
Within this 4-day event we will worship together, pray for one another, share resources, make new friends, connect with the Lord while surrounded by the majestic views of the Adirondack Mountains of New York, and generally have a lot of fun. Our main goal is to provide a place of refreshing, renewal, and connection for you, the worship leader. Our hope is that through this retreat, we can all develop a closer walk with God and deeper relationship with our co-laborers in this thing called worship. This event is not intended to be a "consumer driven" event, so come ready to share and receive. There is such a wealth of resources that God has deposited in each one of us. We need each other; giving and receiving. We hope you will prayerfully consider attending this year. We look forward to seeing you there!

What is included in the cost of registration?
Prices listed are the cost for ONE individual registration and include 3 nights lodging, 8 meals and conference fees. Please note that travel is NOT included in the price of any registration.

Who can attend? 
Any senior or main service worship leader, staff worship leader, small group worship leader, music director, worship pastor/coordinator or youth worship leader. Spouses are also welcomed to attend and will need to register as well.

Who are the worship leaders/speakers? 
Because this event is primarily about community and retreat, we typically do not post who is leading worship or who the speakers may be prior to our time together. We draw from a deep pool of experienced worship leaders and speakers as well as gifted newcomers, and our times together reflect this unique diversity.

What are my room options?
You can register for a single, double, triple/quad or a party room. For a private room, register at the "Single Room" rate. If you'd like to share a room with one other person, register at the "Double Room" rate. And if you'd like to save a little money then you can register at the "Triple/Quad Room" or "Party Room" rate and you'll be placed in a room with other folks of the same gender.

If I register at the double, triple/quad or party room rates, do I need to register enough people to fill the room?
No! If you’d like to register at the double, triple/quad or party room rates and you don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to put you in a room with a wonderful new friend (or friends!) of the same gender.

Do I need to know my roommates before I register? 
No. When you register you will see a space which allows you to make roommate requests and we do our best to accommodate these requests. However, if you’d like to register for a double room or economy room and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with a wonderful new friend of the same gender.

Can I just attend part of the event? 
We believe that some of the best moments happen in times of shared community during these events - in small groups, at shared meal times, in afternoon and evening hangouts, etc., which is why we do not offer any partial-stay rates. We highly value the community aspect of this event and encourage all participants to join us for the entirety of the event.

What if something comes up and I have to cancel? 
Please note that there is a $100 cancellation fee until August 20th. After August 20th we will no longer give refunds or take cancellations.
