Vineyard Worship Essentials is a cohort-based training experience designed to help worship leaders and teams grow in theology, practice, and leadership within the Vineyard movement.

We believe this content is best experienced in community. Through guided discussion, reflection, and shared learning, cohorts create space for leaders and teams to grow together, apply what they're learning, and build lasting relationships.

There are two ways to participate:

Use Vineyard Worship Essentials as a discipleship and training tool for your local worship team, moving through the content together in your own church context.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been leading for years, Vineyard Worship Essentials will help you deepen your understanding of worship, strengthen your leadership, and grow in your calling.

Join a Vineyard Worship Cohort

Learn alongside worship leaders from across the Vineyard in a guided cohort led by experienced Vineyard worship leaders.

How Vineyard Worship Essentials Works

A Cohort-Based Learning Experience

Vineyard Worship Essentials combines video teaching, reflection, discussion, and practical application to help worship leaders and teams grow together.

All course content is hosted within the Vineyard's Grow learning platform, where participants can access sessions, resources, and cohort materials.

Participants engage in Essentials through one of two pathways:

  • Church-Led Cohorts
