Job Description
Vineyard Worship is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator who shares our vision of creating and maintaining a strong online presence for our organization. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will implement online marketing strategies through all social media channels (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify, etc.) and the Vineyard Worship website. This person should be able to increase brand awareness, website traffic, sales and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

As a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve these goals by creating and maintaining a strong online presence.
This part-time position offers flexibility in terms of working hours and location. We understand the importance of work-life balance and want our team members to have the flexibility to work on their own schedules. As a remote Digital Marketing Coordinator, you can work from home or any other location that suits you.
Responsibilities
Manage and create content for all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency, including website, blogs, emails and social media
Research audience preferences and discover social media and marketing current trends to develop engaging and beautiful text, image and video content
Monitor social media accounts, measure web traffic and monitor SEO to make data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Facilitate online conversations with customers/fans and respond to queries
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Suggest new ways to engage and attract prospective customers (e.g. promotions and competitions)
Collaborate with the team to ensure all content is aligned with broader marketing strategies
Assist with content editing & metadata for album releases and back catalog
Skills:
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
Strong social listening skills
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely
Requirements
1-3 years experience with social media marketing or content development
Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Basecamp.
Knowledge of design, graphic and visual art.
Access to appropriate computer and programs for content development
Access to reliable and consistent internet
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferable
Current membership in a local Vineyard church is preferable
